Ramadan feeding project

Ramadan is a time of increased worship and patience and a time where families comes together to eat when the sun rises and when the sun sets. At Feed the vulnerable families we focus on those who cannot afford a bowl of food for themselves or their family, it is also a month where we try to provide aid to help those living in communities where they have to walk for miles to get potable, drinkable water

Scope

✓ 3 rounds food parcel distribution to over 6,000 families in 32 states

• 1st round – 29th Shaaban
• 2nd round – 15th Ramadan
• 3rd round – 29th Ramadan
• ✓ Daily iftar distribution to a minimum of 100 beneficiaries in 32 states
  We currently have our volunteers in 32 out of 36 states in Nigeria, hence we would be providing iftar every day to those who cannot afford a bowl of food for themselves and their families

✓ Distribution of meals to Internally Displaced families, orphans, widows, individuals with special needs, and seniors

The Displaced families at the IDP camps are always waiting for a helping hand, hence our focus during ramadan is to provide daily iftar to those at these camps, the marginalized: orphan, widows, individuals with special needs, seniors, the indisposed etc.

Our Budget for the 2022 Ramadan Feeding Project is 70 million Naira
